We hereby formally announce that the CRUXJEWELRY® trademark has been officially registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). All ownership rights of the CRUX brand are lawfully held by CRUX JEWELRY. In accordance with relevant international intellectual property conventions, the CRUXJEWELRY® trademark is strictly protected by law. Any unauthorized commercial use constitutes infringement.

Recently, we have identified multiple infringing products on various e-commerce platforms that imitate CRUX's design style. Some unethical merchants have even brazenly stolen our product images, descriptions, and website design elements. Such actions not only severely violate intellectual property rights but also cause financial losses and poor experiences for consumers.

We hereby solemnly declare:

  1. The CRUX brand has never authorized any third-party enterprises, individual businesses, or individuals to manufacture or sell products bearing the CRUXJEWELRY® trademark.

  2. The only officially certified sales channels are: https://www.cruxjewelry.com and the official authorized distributor list (see official website for details).

  3. Any online stores or social media accounts claiming to have cooperative relationships with CRUX must present official authorization certificates.
