This is the most common reason. Your bank’s automated systems determine whether to authorize a transaction based on spending habits, account balance, and card information (Expiration Date, Billing Address, CVC).

2. Blocked for Security (Fraud Prevention)

To protect your account, our secure payment system may block transactions that appear high-risk. For example, if the CVC code or Billing Address (ZIP code) you entered does not match the records on file with your bank, the transaction may be stopped to prevent unauthorized use.


Common Error Codes & Solutions

If you receive an error message during checkout, please refer to the table below for the quickest solution.

Insufficient Funds Your card does not have enough available credit or balance. Please use a different card or alternative payment method (e.g., PayPal).

Incorrect Information


(Incorrect Number / CVC / Expiry)

One or more details entered (Card Number, CVC, Expiration Date) do not match the bank's records. Please double-check your card details and try again. Ensure no typos were made.
Incorrect ZIP / Postal Code The billing ZIP code entered does not match the address registered with your card issuer. Try again using the correct Billing Address associated with this card.
Do Not Honor / Generic Decline The bank declined the transaction for an unspecified reason or security concern. Call your bank/card issuer to authorize the transaction, or try a different card.
Transaction Not Allowed The card may be restricted for online, international, or specific currency purchases. Contact your bank to ensure your card supports this type of online purchase.
Limit Exceeded You may have exceeded your daily withdrawal or spending limit. Contact your bank to increase the limit or use a different card.
Security / High Risk The system flagged the transaction as potential fraud (e.g., mismatched CVC). Ensure your CVC and Billing Address are 100% correct. If the issue persists, contact your bank.
Processing Error A temporary technical glitch occurred. Wait a few minutes and try again.
